		<description>I like that you precook the ribs before grilling so that the sauce does not burn.  Sounds like a great combination of flavors with a litte hint of spice.  I will have to try it next time I make ribs.  

If you don&#039;t feel like cooking the ribs as long, spice and lightly baste with sauce, then wrap them in foli tightly and bake about half the time.  Its a quick way to get them tender before grilling.
