I so miss Blue Mountain Coffee, it is too expensive in the states to buy and I have long since ran out of my stash brought back from Jamaica awhile ago. I'll have to try this with another type of coffee. The Blue Mountain coffee is the best I've ever had, so bold but not acidic. Thanks for the interesting and unique recipe, please keep them coming!
